Greg Power, Assistant Director of Sales
Greg has enjoyed a diverse industry background, initially working for the Museum of Science before coming to the GBCVB where he diligently learned the sales process and cultivated great contacts in the Midwest market and developed several Key Accounts.
Stephanie Pappas, Vice President of International and Sports Sales
Stephanie is a passionate advocate for Boston as a visitor destination. As the Vice President of International and Sports Sales, she’s cultivated an impressive network of contacts and resources throughout the community and around the world.
Patrick Coit, Manager, Destination Services | Meetings & Events
Patrick Coit came to the GBCVB in October 2021 after working for parts of the last two years with Discover Central Massachusetts, in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he handled event sales, and membership.
Cassandra Lee, Marketing Manager
Cassandra Lee came to the GBCVB in November 2021 after working in various areas of marketing in the healthcare industry. Cassandra has held a wide range of positions in marketing, communications, and events, giving her a strong understanding of marketing campaigns and trends.
Dan Sarmiento, Staff Accountant
Dan Sarmiento came to the GBCVB in October 2021 after years of experience in hotel finance. He worked for hotels in Hawaii, Los Angeles, and Boston, and also worked more than 10 years as a corporate internal auditor.
Sarah Dale, Advertising Sales & Memberhip
Sarah Dale came to the GBCVB in June of 2021 after working in Advertising, Event Planning and Marketing in the tourism and hospitality industry since graduating from college. Sarah was eager to return to Boston and promote her hometown.
Steve Auger, Leisure Destination Services & Operations Manager
Steve came to the GBCVB in 1995 when the Bureau and the Freedom Trail partnered to form the Freedom Trail Players. After walking the Freedom Trail as a costumed guide for a few years he then joined the Visitor Services Dept.
Kamilla Carmignani, Director of Membership Development
During her years with the team, Kamilla has had the opportunity to work in multiple roles at the GBCVB including marketing and has worked on membership development for the last 7 years.
Michael Munn, Community Engagement Liaison
Michael works with community stakeholders, members, local businesses, and internal departments to develop programs that support the visitor experience. Michael previously served as Chief of Staff and Director of Business Development for the Boston Convention Marketing Center.
Jenna Berry, National Sales Manager
After graduating in 2019, she was hired as a Sales Manager at the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau. Recently promoted to National Sales Manager, Jenna now oversees part of the West Coast market.
Glenn McGibbon, Director of Web & Digital Marketing
Glenn has for the past 5 years established himself as the go-to guy for GBCVB members seeking effective digital solutions to amplify and extend their reach. He oversaw the redesign of BostonUSA.com in 2020 and the development of AllinclusiveBos.com.
Lindsay Milne, Director of Marketing
Originally of Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts, Lindsay Milne is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Lindsay's career has taken her around the world working with some of the premier global brands and industries.
Marina Smith, Leisure Destination Services Manager, Boston Common
Meet Marina Smith, who has worked as the manager for the Visitor Center for 17 years. Prior to this role she worked in catering and cosmetology. It’s no wonder she is well respected - if not for her people skills, but for her occasional tendency to cook lasagna for staff.
Anastasia Walker, Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator
Anastasia has been working in administration and project management for the past seven years. Before transitioning into her role at GBCVB, Anastasia worked in the medical industry for three years. She attended college with a focus on Fashion Design & Business.
Diane DiNunzio, Vice President, Leisure Destination Services & Operations
Diane joined the GBCVB team in March 2001. She worked in Membership, Marketing, and Publications for four years before leading Leisure Destination Services for the past 17. She has also simultaneously led Operations for the last ten years.
Greg Piatelli, Director of Sports Sales

Jason Ward, Assistant Director of Sales
Jason served as the Assistant Director of Sales at the Greater Boston CVB from 2009 until 2011. Because of his love for the city and his passion for selling the region, Jason returned in 2022 to reprise this role.
Lisa Deveney, Vice President, Destination Services | Meetings & Events
After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, Lisa worked in a variety of hotels in Boston in a Convention Services/Catering roll. She then transitioned to catering events at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston with Restaurant Associates.
