The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA), the national trade association representing all sectors and stakeholders in the lodging industry, awards Stars of the Industry to recognize employee and lodging property achievement in 11 categories, including Outstanding Lodging Employee of the Year, Outstanding General Manager of the Year, and Technology Innovation of the Year.
The AH&LA Stars of the Industry awards program was created more than 40 years ago and while the categories have evolved over the years, the concept is still the same - to honor lodging employees and properties that best symbolize the quality service of the industry.
Outstanding Special Events, Ongoing/Small Property, will be presented to the Boston Harbor Hotel.
The awards will be presented at the Stars of the Industry Awards Brunch at the W, Washington, DC, on April 14 from 10:00 - 11:30am.
