Abilyn's Frozen Bakery (Arlington) - Closed
Adventure Pub (Arlington) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Anna's Taqueria (Brookline) - Anna's Taqueria on Beacon Street (Brookline) has closed. This was their original location where they have been for 25 years. This closure is not due to COVID-19.
Aquitaine Dedham (Dedham) - Closed
Artu On Charles Street (Beacon Hill) - Beacon Hill location has closed.
 Au Bon Pain (Downtown) -  53 State Street has closed. 
Backyard Betty's (South Boston) - Backyard Betty's opened May 2018. They took to social media in March 2020 to share that they will not be reopening due to COVID-19. Keep an eye out on Publico's social pages to learn how you'll be able to still get a bite of Betty's again in Southie!
Banana Boat (Revere) - Banana Boat, the Family-Owned Ice Cream Shop has closed. Located on Revere Beach for 43 years. Owner Amora said it was time to enjoy the beach. COVID-19 has also made an impact. 
Bar Boulud (Back Bay) - Bar Boulud within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel closed their doors on June 17th, saying that COVID-19 caused a negative impact on the business levels. 
Bar Louie (Fenway) - Bar Louie in Fenway has closed its doors. Their Foxboro location is still open.
Barlow's Restaurant (Fort Point) - Barlow's closed on July 31st due to their lease being up. But the coronavirus pandemic has led to an environment that is "too unstable and uncertain" to consider renewing the lease.
Bella Luna & The Milky Way (Jamaica Plain) - Bella Luna & The Milky Way is not comfortable in putting their team members and guests at risk. Without being able to operate at full capacity the business is not financially stable.
Benedetto Cambridge (Cambridge) - Benedetto located in The Charles Hotel, received word from the corporate ownership group at The Charles that their lease is being terminated.
Bergamot (Somerville) - Owner Servio Garcia felt Bergamot was not a place that could focus on takeout/delivery. The team behind Bergamot will be opening B2, a Gastropub that will focus on pub food along with beer that comes from Somerville Brewery.
Border Cafe (Cambridge) - Border Cafe in Harvard Square closed during the pandemic and before due to a fire in 2019. Unfortunately they had to close for good. They are still open in Saugus and Burlington.
Bukowski Tavern (Cambridge) - Bukowski Tavern in Inman Square has closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Back Bay location is still open.
Bull McCabe's (Somerville) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Cheers - Faneuil Hall (Downtown) - Cheers Faneuil Hall is closing permanently on 8/30 after 20 years in business. The coronavirus pandemic and a lack of help from the landlord played into the decision. Cheers Beacon Hill is still open.
China King (Chinatown) - China King has closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Cinquecento (South End) - South End's Cinquecento was damaged after a water main break occurred on Harrison Ave in April. With $1 million in damage The Aquitaine Group will not be reopening Cinquecento.
Coda Kitchen and Bar (Back Bay) - After 13 years, Coda has decided to close their doors.
Craigie Burger (Fenway) - Craigie Burger at Time Out Market will not reopen. Owners said Craigie on Main in Cambridge has suffered due to the pandemic. This location will remain open.
Conor Larkin's Gill & Tap (Fenway) - The bar has closed due to the economic fallout from the coronavirus pandemic.
Cuchi Cuchi (Cambridge) - Due to the Coronavirus pandemic Cuchi Cuchi decided to shutter its doors.
Dante (Cambridge) - Restaurant Dante, located inside the Royal Sonesta, decided to close its doors due to the CDC guidelines and mandates.
Deep Ellum (Allston) - Closed
Dick's Last Resort - Boston (Downtown) - Dick's Last Resort, one of Faneuil Hall's longstanding tenants has shuttered.
Eastern Standard (Fenway) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Finn McCool's (Downtown) - Finn McCool's has closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. 
Flat Top Johnnies (Cambridge) - After 27 years, Flat Top Johnnies closed on August 14th due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar (Back Bay) - Fleming's closed their doors in April due to business circumstances. 
Fuku Boston Seaport (Seaport) - Fuku has closed but may come back in 2021 with a new concept.
Gaslight Brasserie (South End) - Gaslight closed their restaurant on November 22nd. They have closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Gaslight Kitchen & Bar  (Lynnfield) - Gaslight Kitchen & Bar in Lynnfield has closed.
Great Scott (Allston) - Closed. Look out for a possible reopening in the former Regina Pizzeria Allston location.
Grumpy White's Restaurant (Quincy) - Closing due to the Owners retirement. Unknown if the coronavirus is involved.
IL Capriccio (Waltham) - Il Capriccio has closed its doors. Look out for Facebooks posts about reopening the restaurant in a new location.
Island Creek Oyster Bar (Fenway) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Burlington location is still open. 
Kamakura (Downtown) - A new restaurant from Chef Michael Serpa: Little Rose will enter this space. 
Legal Test Kitchen (Seaport) - LTK in the Seaport has closed due to the lack of area business and travel.
Les Zygomates Wine Bar & Bistro (Cambridge) - Closed
LIR (Back Bay) - After 17 years of business LIR decided to close their doors for good.
Love Art Udon (Brookline) - The Packard's Corner (Brookline) restaurant decided to close the restaurant due to what is going on in the world today. They will not be completely shutting down the brand and will be exploring pop-up opportunities in the future.
Masa (South End) - Closed
McGreevy's (Back Bay) - McGreevy's is permanently closed due to the pandemic. They hope some day they can open elsewhere.
Morano Gelato (Chestnut Hill) - Morano's gelato stores in Chestnut Hill, Hanover and NH are shuttering for good due to the economic repercussions of COVID-19.
My Cousin's Place (North End) - My Cousin's Place has closed.
New Saigon Sandwich (Chinatown) - The business has suffered tremendously due to COVID-19. 
O'Leary's  (Brookline) - COVID-19 is a factor of O'Leary's closing after 28 Years in Brookline. 
Parsnip (Cambridge) - Parsnip in Harvard Square has closed due to COVID-19. Watch out for another dining spot opening in that space from the people behind the restaurant.
People's Republik  (Cambridge) - The People's Republik has closed due to COVID-19.
Popover King (West End/North End) - Popover King on 74 Canal Street has closed.
Pret A Manger All locations are closed due to pandemic-related reconstructing.
Red Hat Cafe (Beacon Hill) - Closing June 30th, 2021. Red Hat opened in 1907.
Regina Pizzeria (Brighton) - Regina in Brighton closed on July 21st due to non-renewal of its lease. The Great Scott Pub may be relocating to this spot. 
Sakurabana (Downtown) - The pandemic made it "difficult to continue the business".
Saltie Girl (Fenway) - Saltie Girl in Time Out Market will not reopen. The Back Bay location will remain open.
Somerville Brewing Company (Somerville) - Closed
Stella Restaurant (South End) - Stella Restaurant has closed in the South End. Stella Express, their new Food truck will offer a range of the restaurant's classics from 7am-9am daily. The truck will be parked at 150 W Broadway St. and launched on August 18th.
Stellina Restaurant (Watertown) - Stellina in Watertown has decided to close due to COVID-19 and the limited seating required to keep people safely distanced. 
Taranta (North End) - Taranta will close on August 29th. Without tourism, sporting events, concerts they are not able to survive.
Tango Restaurant (Arlington) - Tango restaurant is closing but may be a glimmer of hope for something new in the future.

The Chateau Restaurant Westboro (Westboro) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Other locations such as, Andover, Braintree, Franklin, Stoughton... are still open.
The Field Pub (Cambridge) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Four's Restaurant and Sports Bar (West End/North End) - With no games or events at TD Garden since March, manager Tony Costa previously expressed concerns about the business amid the coronavirus pandemic. The Norwell and Quincy locations remain open.
The Friendly Toast (Cambridge) - Owner Scott Pulver decided to close The Friendly Toast due to uncertainty as to when students and workers would return to the Kendall Square area in full force. The Back Bay location is still open.
The Frogmore (Jamaica Plain) - Closed
The Gallows (South End) - The Gallows has closed. They will be available for takeout and delivery out of their Blackbird Doughnuts and Sally's Sandwiches locations on Tremont Street. 492 Tremont Street.
The Hawthorne (Fenway) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Kitchen Cafe (Downtown) - The Kitchen Cafe has closed due to downtown Boston offices still at a reduced capacity. There has been a lack of foot traffic.
The Pour House (Back Bay) - Ownership of The Pour House is expected to change hands due to the economic fall out of the coronavirus pandemic. The Pour House has been in the Back Bay for 34 years.
The Table at Season to Taste (Cambridge) - Closed
Thunder Road (Somerville) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
UNO Pizzeria & Grill (Fenway) - With no Red Sox games, Hotel Buckminster closing and the lease being up, UNO in Kenmore has decided to close. Other locations such as, Braintree, Dedham, Framingham are still open.
Wit's End (Cambridge) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Whiskey's (Back Bay) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Wonder Bar (Allston) - Closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
