• Dine Out Boston: Returns August 6-19, 2023. Partners of Meet Boston may sign up through The Hub, Member Access.  Questions? Review this Dine Out Boston requirements. 

  We encourage our hotel partners to offer Dine Out Boston tailored packages or to adapt any seasonal overnight promotion into a Dine Out Boston deal. Please make sure that our marketing team is aware of any deals you put together. 

• The Dine Out Boston Auction will open on August 7, 2023. We hope to announce the charitable partner/s for the August program in the coming weeks. If you have an organization in mind that fits the charitable giving criteria, please nominate that organization. 

Meetings

• First Quarter Meetings Promotion: Incentivizes NEW business for all hotels in Boston and Cambridge that are members of the Tourism Destination Marketing District (properties with 50 or more rooms). Please review this FAQ sheet and Reimbursement Form.
