MBTA: Braintree is located 12 miles south of Boston and from South Station can be reached on the Red Line or on the Commuter Rail via the Plymouth and/or Middleborough/Lakeville lines.

Braintree is located just south of Milton and Quincy and has been home to many famous residents including John Adams, the nation’s second President, and his son John Quincy Adams, the sixth President.  Braintree was established a decade after Boston in 1640 and is located at near the junction of Route 128 and Route 3, which makes Greater Boston and the Cape Cod region both very accessible.  Braintree boasts an attractive public school system, parks and recreational space, and a robust business base which includes industrial parks and the South Shore Plaza.
