Media Library & Image Use Request Form

Meet Boston’s digital media library is designed for individuals or organizations seeking permission to use photos and other visual assets owned by Meet Boston. These images are part of our official media library and are protected by copyright.

Submitting the form below allows our team to review how and where our images will be used to ensure they align with Meet Boston’s brand guidelines and usage policies. 

This form should be completed by:

• Media outlets, journalists, or publishers looking to include Meet Boston imagery in articles or features.
• Event planners who wish to promote Boston as a destination.

Please note: Images cannot be used for commercial purposes. Additionally, completing this form does not guarantee image use approval. Once submitted, Meet Boston will review your request and circle back to confirm whether it has been approved or denied, along with any applicable usage terms or licensing information.

How to Request

Click “Request Images” and complete the form.

In the “Image Use Details” section of the form, list your requested photos by following these steps:

1. Open the Media Library
2. Double click to open folders
3. Hover over the image, click the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner of that image and select "Share Link"
   1. Note: Disregard the blue share button on the lower gray bar that appears when you click on/highlight a photo - it’s the wrong option and may delay delivery
4. Paste each link (Ctrl+V) into the field, with each link on a new line
