The Puerto Rican festival will have several vendors offering authentic foods from Puerto Rico like pernil con arroz y gandules (savory roasted pork shoulder with rice and pigeon peas), pinchos (chicken skewers), and frituras or popular Puerto Rican fried finger foods, including giant pastelillos (empanadas), alcapurrias (big croquettes), and rellenos de papa (stuffed potato balls).
