We’re thrilled you’re joining us for Dine Out Boston for Winter 2026! Here are some helpful tips to further maximize your participation:

Important: Please be sure to check "Yes" to both the program acknowledgement AND the gift card acknowledgement in order to officially register.

- SIGN UP EARLY! Meet Boston is continuing the incentive for our restaurant partners to sign up early for Dine Out Boston. Sign up begins on December 15! For those partners who sign up by January 15 we will require only one restaurant gift card to participate instead of the customary two.
- After January 15, restaurants must provide two $100 gift cards per partner restaurant for participation. One will be used for program promotions, while the other will be used for the Dine Out Boston Auction to benefit our charitable partner(s)
- Gift card(s) will need to be received by Meet Boston before your listing posts live on the Dine Out Boston pages.

Call for Charity Partner Nominations!
We are seeking nominations for our charity recipient this winter. Please fill out the charity partner nomination form by Friday, January 23, 2026.

- Don't forget to submit your menus as soon as possible - diners are searching NOW!
- Please upload your menu in PDF format. Other formats will not display on our website.
- Include your logo & the Dine Out Boston logo on your menu.
- We recommend you feature only the items you are offering for prix-fixe on your Dine Out Boston menu.
- Menus will need to be received by Meet Boston before your listing posts live on the Dine Out Boston pages.

The City of Boston’s Disability Commission provides opportunities to learn how to reduce barriers, bringing even more patrons in by providing a more accessible environment.
- Request an individualized training for your restaurant, either in-person or virtual - email disability@boston.gov
- Participating restaurants will have the option to be certified as a City of Boston Disability Inclusive Business. Once a restaurant achieves this designation, they will receive a decal they can post in their restaurant window; be listed on the City of Boston website as a disability inclusive certified business; and be promoted on social media to increase dining opportunities for people with disabilities.
