GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any persons who enter a giveaway hosted by a Meet Boston social media platform are acknowledging that they have read and consent to the following terms and conditions: 

The winner will be randomly selected and notified via DM from @MeetBostonUSA (Instagram). Prizes must be accepted in the state they are offered and cannot be transferred, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash value. 

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. The winner will never be asked to provide credit card, banking, or financial info to claim their prize. Contestants must be at least 21 years of age. Contestants may not be employees or family members of employees at Meet Boston, Fenway Park, Evergreen, the NCAA, AAC, ACC, or Boston Red Sox. This promotion is not endorsed or administered by Fenway Park, Meta or TikTok. 

For Fenway Park events, seat location is determined solely by Meet Boston. Prize is limited to those items specifically mentioned in the prize description. Winners are responsible for all other costs associated with the prize that are not specifically mentioned in the prize description, including but not limited to parking, transportation, concessions, and accommodations. Tickets and passes to Fenway Park events are subject to Fenway Park rules and regulations, including The Fenway Park Code of Conduct. 

The winner (for themselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators) hereby agrees to release, hold harmless, discharge, and indemnify Meet Boston, Fenway Park, Evergreen, Fenway Sports Management, Boston Red Sox, the NCAA, AAC, ACC, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, “the Released Parties”) from and for any claims, demands, liability, lawsuits, injuries (including death), illness, property damage, attorney’s fees, expenses, costs, causes of action, judgments, or awards of any kind or character (“Loss”) that may accrue, arise, or otherwise exist because of their travel, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, and participation in the giveaway by Meet Boston.
